Meet Attorney Robert W. Meyers
Mr. Meyers is a life long resident of St. Louis, Missouri originally from University City and now lives in Clayton, Missouri. Robert Meyers was admitted to the bar in 1975. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland. He has an undergraduate and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University.
He began his career as a criminal defense attorney with Charles M. Shaw and later concentrated on injury law for Claimants and Plaintiffs. Mr. Meyers is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri representing construction, workers industrial and manufacturing worker and public Employees throughout Eastern Missouri and in association with Becker, Schroader & Chapman, P.C. handles other injury work in both Missouri and Illinois.
Mr. Meyers lives in Clayton, Missouri with his wife Sherri. He has one son, Sam, who is in graduate school.
As a litigator, I have comprehensive legal knowledge and proven court room skills. We have strategic insight and experience with work places in manufacturing and production in multiple industries. I represent Employees from small and large industries and government organizations with worker’s compensation claims and have a track record of routinely winning disputed cases. I have at least ten (10) million in award and settlements.

Our offices are located near I-270, I-70 and St. Charles Rock Road. All appointments are by pre-arrangement. In some cases, if you have been injured, we can meet you at your home, hospital or other convenience location.
I have been representing clients in worker’s compensation cases for four decades. I cover Eastern Missouri and in association with another firm in Illinois. We have gone as far north as Hannibal, Missouri, as far south as New Madrid, as far Southwest as Springfield and as far northwest as Macon.
This office stands up for the rights of workers from all industries. I have represented steelworkers, boiler makers, carpenters, health care worker’s, and truck drivers.
My office can help determine what you are entitled to and what your case is worth. Depending on your injuries, you may be eligible for vocational rehabilitation benefits or Social Security Disability benefits. We have the experience and knowledge to know when to investigation work injury cases further for additional sources of liability.
This office handles all types of worker’s compensation claims including construction, industrial accidents, auto accidents, repetitive stress and environmental conditions in the work place.
Some of the more common injuries are carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, back and neck injuries from lifting, hearing loss claims, fractures and strain injuries.
